Wanderings & Wonderings: Exhibition, Talk & Book Launch
Ben Porter, photographer, writer, and founder of York Creatives, invites you to attend the launch of Wanderings & Wonderings - a project that has been a decade in the making.
Wanderings & Wonderings is a collection of 85 images and 27 written provocations exploring themes of culture, identity and environment, reflecting on life in the 21st century and our disconnection from nature.
Ben will give a brief talk about the project, then you are invited to view a selection of the images which will be exhibited around the venue.
Monday 18th November, 7pm to 8pm, or 8pm to 9pm.
Angel On The Green.

PAID: Technicians Wanted to Operate Screenings at ASFF
The BAFTA-Qualifying Aesthetica Film Festival is back for its 14th edition from 6th to 10th November.
This year we are looking to hire local technicians or those with some technical knowledge to operate screenings at some of our venues using QLab playlisting. We are screening in venues off MacBooks and require someone to ensure the screening starts on time and the films are playing.
We can offer £175 per day and a free festival pass (worth £160) which will give you access to events, networking and parties. Shifts are long in venue. Please email cherie@aestheticamagazine.com for further information.
