Creative Opportunities: May 2023
Your monthly round up of news, events, opportunities, call-outs and funding
Hi friends,
This is usually the time of year when I would write something about spring arriving, although let’s face it - it doesn’t really feel like it yet!
Despite that we’ve still got a range of exciting events, workshops and exhibitions coming up this month, as well as a conference and support for musicians.
We’ve also recently launched NODE - a new network for York’s freelancers, consultants and micro agencies. If you’re an ambitious independent creative professional, check out this video.
We continue to run Creative Drinks every month, with this month coinciding with the SPARK Makers Exhibition.
Tickets for Creative Drinks will be reduced to 70% usual capacity because of this - so don’t delay if you’re planning on grabbing one as we expect it to sell out!
Until next month.
Stay curious, keep creating.
Ben & team YC
xx
